1. Introduction

2. Data Controller
For the purposes of the DPA and this Privacy Policy, jilikobet is the personal information controller (PIC) responsible for the personal data of its registered players and platform visitors. jilikobet has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the DPA and this policy.

3. Personal Data We Collect

6. Data Sharing and Third-Party Disclosure
jilikobet does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share personal data with third parties only in the limited circumstances described below:
jilikobet shares transaction data with Philippine payment processors (including GCash, Maya, and partner banking institutions) necessary to process your deposits and withdrawals. These processors act as separate data controllers for their own services and are subject to their own privacy policies.
jilikobet discloses personal and transaction data to PAGCOR as required under our operating licence, and to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required under the AMLA. These disclosures are mandatory legal obligations.
jilikobet uses third-party KYC verification service providers to assist with identity and document verification during player registration. These providers process identity data strictly under jilikobet's instructions and under contractual data processing agreements.
Game content on jilikobet is supplied by third-party game studios. Certain gameplay session data may be transmitted to game providers for the purpose of delivering game content and certifying game outcomes. Game providers do not receive your identity or financial data.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilikobet securely destroys or anonymises personal data in accordance with NPC-approved data disposal procedures. Where a legal hold is in place due to pending litigation or regulatory investigation, data is retained until that matter is resolved.

You have the right to be informed of how jilikobet collects and processes your personal data. This Privacy Policy fulfils jilikobet's primary obligation under this right.
You may request a copy of the personal data jilikobet holds about you, along with information about how it is being used. We will respond to verified access requests within 30 calendar days.
You have the right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data we hold about you. Certain data (such as your registered mobile number) can be updated directly in your account settings.
You may request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to jilikobet's overriding legal obligations under PAGCOR and the AMLA to retain certain records.
You may object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time. You may also object to processing based on jilikobet's legitimate interests where you believe your rights override those interests.
Where technically feasible and applicable, you may request your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another controller.
If you believe jilikobet has processed your personal data in violation of the DPA, you have the right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines (privacy.gov.ph).
To exercise any of the above rights, contact jilikobet's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 14. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will acknowledge rights requests within five (5) working days and aim to fulfil them within thirty (30) calendar days, subject to legal complexity.
11. Children and Minors
jilikobet's services are strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. jilikobet does not knowingly collect personal data from persons under the age of 21.
Age verification is a mandatory step in the jilikobet KYC process, and accounts found to belong to persons under 21 are immediately suspended. All personal data associated with an underage account is flagged and handled in accordance with jilikobet's obligations under both the DPA and PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements.
12. Cross-Border Data Transfers
jilikobet's primary data processing infrastructure is located in the Philippines. However, certain service providers — including cloud hosting infrastructure, game content delivery networks, and KYC verification systems — may process data in data centres located outside the Philippines.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jilikobet ensures that such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, including:
- Data processing agreements that impose DPA-equivalent obligations on the receiving processor
- Transfers only to jurisdictions or organisations that provide an adequate level of data protection as recognised by the NPC
- Technical and organisational security measures consistent with those applied to Philippine-based processing
jilikobet will not transfer your personal data to countries that do not provide adequate data protection without your explicit consent, unless the transfer is required by law or necessary to perform your contract with jilikobet.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
jilikobet may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, jilikobet will notify registered players through one or more of the following channels: a prominent notice on the jilikobet platform, an in-platform notification upon login, or an email to your registered address.
The updated Privacy Policy will take effect on the date published, as indicated by the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of jilikobet after that date constitutes acknowledgment of the updated policy.
We encourage you to review this page periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you may close your account and cease using jilikobet's services as described in the Terms and Conditions.
