1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

10. Responsible Gaming

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, jilikobet reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance in proportion to the severity of the breach. Class action lawsuits and arbitration proceedings brought on a class or collective basis against jilikobet are waived to the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law.
